Founder

A rare fusion of finance acumen and design expertise, Srishhti Agarwal blends analytical precision with creative vision. A CFA Level 2 cleared professional, she began her career at Ambit Capital before pivoting towards her true calling— design. In 2019, she pursued formal design education in London, returning to establish The Nouveau Studio - TNS as a globally driven, research-oriented, and concept-led design powerhouse. Her deep of business structures and market dynamics fuels TNS’s expansion into multi-disciplinary design solutions. She also co-founded WANAS, pushing the boundaries between digital and physical design, proving that creativity knows no medium.

Punit Jain

Founder

An engineer turned visual strategist, Punit Jain’s journey from engineering to theatre to design is a testament to his multi-dimensional creative approach. His early corporate experience instilled a structured, strategic mindset—one that later shaped The Nouveau Studio - TNS into an internationally acclaimed design consultancy. His deep appreciation for art, storytelling, and aesthetics fuels TNS’s ability to deliver design solutions that transcend convention. Believing that design is an innate instinct, he has built a studio that champions global, system-driven creativity.
